Oasis CP Projects is led by Chen and Pankaj. Chen is a contractor with over 22 years of experience building properties, including Pankaj's serviced apartment businesses. He has built a loyal customer base who trust him implicitly and has never had to advertise his services.

Pankaj has operated serviced apartment businesses in London for over 21 years and has since expanded into various other sectors. He has a proven track record of success with over 25 investors who have received notable income from their investments made well over 6 years ago.

Generally, most people know there are one-off profits in property development and sales, but they also recognize the benefits of retaining properties for annual dividends and an increase in property valuation. We find the deals, ensure there is planning, raise the funds, and build the project. At the end of the project:

For "Build and Sell" - The guaranteed loan gets paid, followed by the return of the investment. Then, the dividends are paid.

For "Build and Keep" - The guaranteed loan gets paid, we set up a 20-year mortgage, and most of the investment should be returned. FlexiStay or another operator will manage, and dividends are paid annually based on the shareholding.
